Interesting "What green tea are you drinking now?". I have found that I have got energy from Matcha Green Tea Powder. It tastes great and I'm using it as a pre work out drink for energy and fat burning.Its great because It plays an important role to control the cholesterol level, burn fat, lose excessive body weight, and keep the heart heal and healthy.. I have tried a number of commercial green teas. I find if you are willing to pay a little more you can get a better quality. Most Americans use teas in bags, so I usually get bagged tea. I like the Twinings brand from London, I don't know where they get their tea from but I have found it to be a good quality bagged tea. Also, how you brew it makes a difference in the taste.

I like Mao Jian green tea, it has a special scent, I do not know how to paste the picture, I was purchased from the website, the quality of tea is very good, but the variety is not much.

I'm a huge fan of tea and I prefer tea over coffee. My day always starts with a cup of tea as it leaves me relaxed and refreshed.
